Mixed Fermentation Stout with Raspberries

This beer began with an accident… Mountain barrels from 2015 that didn’t quite make the blending cut were added to a batch of Norweald that was at a slight risk of oxidation. Each beer on its own would not pass our intense quality standards, but after adding a cocktail of wild yeast, bacteria, raspberries, and a lot of time, the beer was creatively and deliciously reclaimed, re-fermented, augmented, and transposed.
A simple stout no longer, Reclaimer II was born.
